Hog Slat Inc. Newton Grove, NC USA December 2022 16 GROW-DISK™ Feed System Installation of Corners (HSCD505) Tube Stop Location 1. Open the pre-assembled corner and remove the fastener kit. Place the corner between the installed conveyor tubes (tubes must be straight cut and clean). Insert both tubes into the corner as shown above. Note: Tubes must bottom out against tube stop as shown above on right. J-bolt Locations 2. Attach corner cover over the conveyer tubes with 2 bolts and nuts per side as shown. Recommended J-bolt locations: place one J-bolt on inside of corner and one J-bolt on outside of corner as shown above. Note: place J-bolt facing outwards to prevent cable from slipping off hook. 3. Hook 3 latches on corner. When replacing other corner manufactures unit with HSCD505, the feed tubes may need to shorten by approximately 1”.
