All customers must obtain a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA #) to return any merchandise. Please contact the Web Sales Department at (800) 949-4647 or email@example.com to request an RGA # and the correct return address for your items if they were ordered online. If your order was placed over the telephone, please contact the phone order department at (800) 464-7528 to receive a RGA # and return shipping address.
Any items sent back to Hog Slat without a valid RGA # will be refused at delivery and returned to the sender. Hog Slat, Inc. is not responsible for any items returned or shipments refused that do not clearly display a RGA # on the outside of the package.
• All items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase*
• Items must be in clean and saleable condition (we cannot accept returns on any items that have been used or previously installed)
• Hog Slat will not accept returns on any item that has been delivered to, taken to or otherwise exposed to a farm location or area where livestock animals are present due to our biosecurity protocol
• All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee at Hog Slat's discretion
• The customer is responsible for shipping charges to return an item that was incorrectly ordered, not needed or cancelled after the order had been shipped from our location
• If an item was shipped incorrectly, Hog Slat will cover the charge to return the items to our location
• All refunds and credits will be issued after the product has been received and inspected
• Refunds are issued back to the original source of the purchase payment
*Special order items are not returnable.
