Align predrilled holes in cone with pre drilled holes in housing and secure.  Slotted holes are provided in the cone for easier installation.  Assemble as shown below with the flat head bolts, lock nuts, and fender washers.  ! FLAT HEAD BOLTS SHOULD BE INSTALLED FLUSH IN HOUSING WITH LOCK NUTS AND WASHER ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE CONE!
