Move template upward until the top of the template contacts the underside of the housing flange. Continue folding edge of template around end of housing to help secure. Use tape to secure the template in this location. Using center punch, mark the (2) holes to be drilled. Drill holes using 13/64” up to 7/32” drill bit. Remove all burrs and drill debris from housing. 9. Remove (4) hex head screws with 5/16” socket and remove cover from the HS583E-46 assembly. Top edge of template to contact the underside of housing flange. DO NOT FORCE OR DEFORM TEMPLATE
