10 POULTRY FEED SYSTEMS The GrowerSELECT® Kwik-Start HS577 chick feeder drop is manufactured from high-quality NYLON to prevent breakage. Kwik-Start sleeves are constructed of chemical resistant polypropylene and are available in three different styles. Note clearance between the cone sleeve and feed line. This clearance allows the drop tube to come to a complete right angle assuring complete feed shutoff. Drops will not loosen and fall down over time. When installing any chick starter be sure to install it so that the drop folds up towards the fan end of the house.
