Horsepower Make sure the HP you select is right for your application. Voltage 115/208-230 VS 115/230 The 208 rating means the motor will still be efficient with a small voltage drop, therefore 115/208-230 is better rating. Hertz 50/60 Hz motors are usually a higher quality motor because of the amounts of steel and copper needed to make it work in a 50 Hz application.
