Newton Grove, NC USA October 2019 18 FS500 Nest Assembly STEP 11 • Install nest pad mat (FS500-24) so that the top of the nest pad is flush with or just above the egg tray collection floor. STEP 12 STEP #12 IS OPTIONAL DEPNDING ON WHETHER YOU’D PREFER THE NEST TO HAVE A METAL BACKWALL, OR TO HAVE REAR OF NEST EXPOSED TO MOUNTING WALL SURFACE. • Attach the metal plate back cover (FS500-25) to the left and right side wall panels. • The top bolts on the back bottom bracket (FS500-11) will need to be temporarily removed and then reinstalled back through the bottom holes of the metal back cover and back bottom bracket. • Use one #1 screw and one #2 nut per side, starting with the middle holes on each side of the back cover. • All remaining screws will be installed during upcoming steps.
