Newton Grove, NC USA October 2019 20 FS500 Nest Assembly STEP 15 • Install one #1 screw and one #2 nut in the rear top center hole of the roof, making sure it goes through the top hole of the rear center vertical brace. STEP 16 • Use one #1 screw and one #2 nut to install the front center vertical support brace (FS500-16) beginning with the bottom screw only for this step. • Note: “U” shape of the brace should face the inside of the nest STEP 17 • Install the nest box curtain inside the front lip of the nest roof using three #1 screws and three #2 nuts, working from one side to the other. • Make sure the metal nest curtain bracket is inserted between the center vertical support brace and the front lip of the nest roof. • Nest curtain bracket middle screw should pass through the front nest lip, nest curtain bracket and front center support brace.
