Newton Grove, NC USA October 2019 9 FS500 Nest Assembly STEP 14 • Attach rear center vertical brace (FS500-12) to the inside of the rear cover beginning with the bottom hole, using one #1 screw and one #2 nut inserted through the middle hole on the c-channel brace and bottom of the rear center vertical brace. Do not attach the top screw at this time! STEP 15 • Install nest box top (FS500-21) using one #1 screw and one #2 nut per side on the front and rear top corners. • Roof panel should overhang the side wall panels in the front and the metal plate back cover in the rear. • Note: Screws should be installed using the outer holes closest to each side wall panel. STEP 16 • Install one #1 screw and one #2 nut in the rear top center hole of the roof, making sure it goes through the top hole of the rear center vertical brace.
