Begin by placing one cone panel on the ground with the end with connection slots slightly elevated. Insert the connection tabs into the connection slots and rotate to parallel. Continue for all 4 panels. Connect cone panels to form round shape. This step requires (2) installers. Stand the cone upright with the larger diameter on the ground and force the cone to bend to allow the final connection tabs to insert into the remaining connection slots. Secure round connections with 5/16”-18 X 3/4” hex bolts, 5/16” flat washers, and 5/16”-18 serrated nuts leaving the slots closet to the larger diameter open at this time. A washer should be used on the inside and outside of each connection. BOLT HEADS SHOULD BE ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE CONE! 15. Using 2 people lift the cone and butterfly assembly and slide OVER THE BUTTERFLY BUT UNDER THE MOUNTING BRACKET! Push onto the assembly until slots bottom out on the mounting bolts. Twist cone to lock into place then completely tighten lock nuts to secure.
