Newton Grove, NC USA August 2019 17 Air Storm Fans Jumper Description: Jumper J5 Primary Installed in 60Hz Position: Speed based on Signal (Sig) o 0-10V (Secondary Jumper should be in 2X Position) o 10-0V (Secondary Jumper should be in 1X Position) o Max Operating Speed set with (MAX) Trimpot Primary Installed in 50Hz Position: Speed based on Compensation (COMP) o Fixed Speed Operation o Speed set with (COMP) Trimpot HE(514 RPM), HV (609 RPM) or HP (686 RPM) Jumper J4 Run/Fault Relay Operation This relay is used to provide indication of the drive status. It is a dry contact output to provide feedback to the customer system. Factory set to “R” position for “RUN” operation. The relay is energized in Run Mode Only. Set Jumper to “F” position for “FAULT” operation. The relay is deenergized in Fault. Contacts are located at Terminal Block TB5. Jumper J3: Auto/Manual Start Selection Factory set to “A” position for automatic ride through. o If power is interrupted for up to 2 seconds, the drive will shut down and then “ride-through” and automatically return to set frequency. If set to the “M” position, the drive will have to be manually restarted for a momentary power loss using the Start/Stop switch. Unless specifically instructed otherwise J3 Jumper should remain in “A” position at all times!
