Failure to follow a lubrication schedule during operation will void warranty of bearings Bearings should be greased every 4-6 months (where applicable) Premium grease is recommended Use of electric grease gun is strictly prohibited and will void warranty of bearings • PROPER V GROOVE MAINTAINCE o Proper V groove dimensions are critical to maintaining performance and eliminating excessive belt wear. Failure to maintain proper V groove dimension will void warranty of drive components. V belt gauges should be utilized to check for correct V groove dimensions. Alternatively belts location on pulley can be used. Correct dimensions should allow belt to ride slightly above the outermost diameter of the pulleys, if belt rides below outermost diameter, pulley(s) should be changed.
