CROWN SLEEVE Install assembled CROWN and SLEEVE onto HS577 KWIKSTART outlet tube. Fully seat SLEEVE against bottom of HS577. Rotate SLEEVE until a “CLICK” is heard and SLEEVE can no longer rotate. Install supplied (1) #4 x 1/2” (616516) retaining screw to secure the SLEEVE. Use of #1 Phillips screwdriver or drill driver tip is recommended for ease of installation. Install into bottom of slot as shown so that screw does not interfere with operation of LOCKING CROWN.

Newton Grove, NC USA June 2020 REV A1 2 Poultry Feeding System Operation Instructions: FOLDING UP KWIKSTART WITH HS578L CROWN SLEEVE FOLDING DOWN KWIKSTART WITH HS578L CROWN SLEEVE Rotate CROWN SLEEVE EXTENSION upward toward feed pipe until it locks in the CLOSED POSITION. Slide CROWN SLEEVE toward KWIKSTART until locking tabs engage. Rotate CROWN SLEEVE EXTENSION downward until it locks in FULL OPEN POSITION Grasp CROWN and rotate in either direction while slightly pulling CROWN away from KWIKSTART.
