Insert four screws into the designated holes in the side panels first. Insert two screws in the center of the top and bottom panels last. Install Inlet into Frame (Figure 10) Step 7: Drill a 1/8” pilot hole slightly off-center above the inlet top panel. Insert the HSIN2-6 L-Shaped latch into the pilot hole. Screw it into the wood deep enough to hold the inlet securely shut. Insert L-Shaped Latch (Figure 11) Step 8: Fasten a small pulley into the wall underneath the actuation rod, slightly off-centered above the inlet. Run the black rope (62040-3) through the hole in the door of the inlet. Fasten one end of the rope in the side cleat attached to the door. Loop the other end of the rope through the pulley and secure it to the rod with the cable clamp with the inlet door FULLY OPEN. Actuation of Side Inlet (Figure 12) IMPORTANT NOTE: The rope should be secured on the side of the rod going toward the actuator. The actuator should pull the inlet closed when turned on.
