Attach the 10” long spring to tube clamp bolt at one end of Feed Line, then attach 3/32” diameter cable to other end of spring with cable clamp. (Figure 2) 2. Locate center of Feeders to be adjusted (Maximum distance of 200’ or 61 meters) and assemble the winch assembly and Insulator Brackets to Feed Line using the two tube clamps with U-bolts. Note that Insulator Bracket must be oriented with the pulley open side away from winch. Tighten accordingly. Attach supplied Winch Handle to Winch with supplied Nut and tighten. (Figure 3) 3. Feed the Cable through the slots on top of Feeder Support Cones (Figure 4) and under Tube Clamp Bolts (Figure 5) .
