Make sure that all cables are up and through the holes on each side Pan Shield on top of Adult Turkey Feeder (Figure 8 Below) . Check for function and free movement by lifting the Feed Ring Assembly with the Lift Cables. 3. Starting with Feeder closest to Winch Assembly, orient Lift Cables toward Winch and attach to main Winch Cable with supplied plastic split bolt nut. Tighten nut securely. Please make sure the Lift Cables are oriented toward the Winch. 4. Once all Feeder Lift Cables are connected, check tightness of all Clamps. Winch up and down several times to check for proper function. Note: Additional adjustment of Feed Level Rings and Lift Cables may be required to achieve desired feed level after Feeder System operates. Anti-Roost Installation at Winch When reconnecting the Anti-Roost System on existing installations or new installations; there is a piece of 16” (406mm) long Black Insulation Sleeving supplied with Winch Kit that should be installed on anti-roost cable over the Winch unit. The sleeving and cable should be routed under insulator on top of Insulator Bracket with Pulley, up and over the Pulley on top of Winch. Sleeving should be centered on Anti-Roost Cable.
