Retainer Clips should be used to help stabilize pads that are more than 5 feet in length and when stacking pads. Installation Stacking Pads The retainer clip should be placed in the corner where the four cool cell pads meet in stacking applications. The diamond should cover an even amount of space on each pad. Front View Back View Support The retainer clip should be hooked over a 1” X 4” board installed on the animal side of the barn in front of the cool cell pad. There is a 2” spacing between the pad and the 1” X 4” board. Placement A retainer clip should be placed at every seam where two cool cell pads meet or every corner where pads are stacked.
