Hog Slat Inc. Newton Grove, NC USA APRIL 2025 REV A1 13 Ventilation System 1. PROBE TEMPERATURES AND STATUS: Temperature shown is actual measured temperature for each probe that is active. Probe fault indicator is to the right of each value display. Press any temperature reading and see Highest and Lowest recorded value since last reset. 2. HUMIDITY RH%: Actual measured value. Used for Humidity Compensation and Mist cooling control. 3. SET POINT: Desired temperature set point. Use +/- buttons to the right to adjust. 4. ALARM: Indicator is illuminated in the case of an alarm condition. 5. STAGE INDICATORS: Indicator will illuminate as each stage is activated. 6. DE-ICE: Indicator will illuminate when de-icing cycle is activated. 7. HEATER OUTPUTS: When heaters are selected, this indicator will illuminate when the heater on stage 5 and stage 6 are activated. 8. TEMP & MIN. SPEED CURVE: If Temperature curve has been activated the indicator will be illuminated. 9. HUMIDITY COMPENSATION: Indicator will illuminate when Humidity Compensation is active. 10. TEST MODE ACTIVE: When unit is in test mode this will illuminate. Unit will automatically turn off test mode if there is 5 minutes of inactivity of controller touchscreen. Also you can press the TEST MODE indicator for a shortcut to the TEST page. 11. EMPTY BARN: Indicator will illuminate when Empty Barn mode is activated 12. CURVE SET POINT: Shows current value of the set point from the Temperature Curve when activated. 13. CONTROLLER ID NUMBER: When the controller is connected to a PC interface network each controller is assigned an ID number after initial SEARCH function has been performed. The ID number that has been assigned to the controller will be displayed on the IDLE SCREEN in this location. ========================================================================================= 14.
