Heaters will turn off. 21A: SELECT ACTIVE PROBES: Press icon of probe number to be used. Icon will turn green when selected. 21B: TEMPERATURE PROBE ADJUSTEMENT OFFSET: Provides adjustment to the display temperature value. Use for fine tuning only. Offset can be increased or decreased by 0.1 degrees to a maximum of +/-5 degrees. Default is “0” and should only be changed if displayed temperature does not match measured temperature using an external device. When making adjustments, the displayed temperature will update slowly as the data that is displayed is 21A 21B
