STAGE 1 PAGE 15A: STAGE 1 MINIMUM SPEED PERCENTAGE %: Sets the minimum speed the Stage 1 fan can operate based on percentage of full speed. 15B: FULL SPEED START UP DELAY: FOR 0-10VDC OUTPUT ONLY. Controller provides 10VDC output to VFD or ECM to allow fan to get to full speed before dropping back to minimum set speed. Adjustable 1-20 seconds. Delay accounts for acceleration time of VFD or ECM type controller so that fan can reach full speed to open shutter or butterfly. 15C: MINIMUM VENT CYCLE: Set the amount of on time and off time. Stage 1 fan will follow this cycle anytime room temperature is below SET-POINT to maintain adequate ventilation. To disable cycle, set time OFF to zero. NOTE: Fan will start at full speed for 3 seconds then drop to the minimum speed setting anytime the fan turns on. Minimum vent cycle begins at 0.3F [.17C] degrees below set point 15D: HUMIDITY COMPENSATION: Stage 1 fan speed can be automatically increased based on relative humidity levels. Humidity probe is required for this operation. The compensation percentage is the amount of speed increase. Once the humidity is greater than the “Humidity level set point”, the speed of the stage 1 fan will proportionally increase until the humidity is 10% greater than the set point at which time the fan will be running at full compensation level. Example: Minimum speed = 50%, Humidity compensation % = 30. When humidity is equal to or greater than 10% above the humidity level set point, stage 1 fan speed will be (50+30) = 80%. 15A 15C 15D 15B
