A high service factor 1/2 HP motor powers the AirStorm 36" fan. The high S.F. rating provides protection from motor failures caused by varying rural electrical voltage. Why is Service Factor important? See more...Stainless steel motor mounts and hardware provide superior corrosion resistance.	Motor-matched, compostie props outlast plastic or aluminum. Resin transfer fiberglass housings feature UV stabilizers to last in the harshest environmental conditions. Heavy-duty fan guards with baked on finish.

White PVC shutters feature full --length spring steel rods instead of plastic pins in the ends-- which lock into a heavy PVC frame with reinforced corners. True airfoil shutter vanes reduce air drag. *This shutter is included with the fan	Shown with the optional poly discharge cone. Smooth interior and exterior are easier to wash.
