ADVANCED MOTOR PROTECTION

The EC motor features built-in limits for wattage, amperage, and temperature to prevent damage from overloads, ensuring lasting performance.

• Power Limit: The motor adjusts RPM twice per second to stay below 2000W, increasing speed as load allows.
• Thermal control: Reduces motor speed when the temperature exceeds the threshold, polling every 5 seconds until optimal levels are restored.
• Automatic Restart: Enables the motor to automatically resume operation once power is stabilized, ensuring continuous ventilation without the need for manual reset after voltage fluctuations.

Built to last in demanding environments, the AirStorm Pro™ 57” fan features a corrosion-resistant design. The flush-wall mount includes a durable, gel-coated black fiberglass housing, a black poly discharge cone, and a corrosion-resistant poly butterfly shutter.

RIGID X-BRACE SUPPORT
The X-Brace delivers superior fan rigidity by anchoring to housing corners, while rubber mounts dampen vibration for extended fan life. With stainless steel hardware, this corrosion-resistant support ensures lasting performance.
STAINLESS STEEL PROP
Stainless steel prop designed for peak air delivery at typical operating static pressures, providing high airflow at higher speeds and energy efficiency at lower speeds.
POLY BUTTERFLY SHUTTER
Corrosion resistant poly dampers seal tight with magnetic closures and dual springs. An aluminum damper ring maintains maximum stability in any temperature extreme.

SMART VENTILATION
Our EC motors work seamlessly with thermostats and sensors using a 0-10V or 10-0V signal, automatically adjusting fan speed to maintain optimal conditions.
• Fail-Safe Mode: With 10-0V control, EC motors default to maximum speed if the control signal is lost, ensuring critical ventilation even in system failure.

SPEED & DIRECTION CONTROL
The rotary switch (0–9) sets RPM or caps variable speed. DIP switches control the voltage input type, speed control mode, and rotation direction.
