SWASHCOOL-CELL™ provides a three-step solution to mineral build-up, scaling and algae growth:

1. buffers balance the pH level of your water
2. chelating agents keep minerals soluble
3. dispersants cause the dust and dirt to disperse in the water rather than building-up on your cooling pad.

The product neutralizes water’s pH while simultaneously buffering the system to prevent rapid shifts in pH levels. Meanwhile, chelating agents and dispersants keep calcium and dirt dispersed to prevent harmful build-up from occurring, thus protecting the equipment and extending its longevity while also improving air flow.

Application Guidelines:

SWASHCOOL-CELL™ is applied by simply pouring the concentrated product into the cool-cell sumps while the system is running. Add 5-gallons of SWASHCOOL-CELL™ per 100 ft of cool cell pad operating off the sump. No further steps are required at this point. Within 15 to 20 minutes of adding the product to your water source, SWASHCOOL-CELL™ will begin to neutralize the pH level of your water, sequestering non-soluble minerals and dispersing them to inhibit build-up.

The addition of more SWASHCOOL-CELL™ may be required after one or two weeks of operation depending on the amount of buildup originally on the pads and/or the quality of the incoming make-up water. Incoming make-up water that has very high pH and/or hardness may require several additions through-out the grow-out depending on number of operating hours.
