V-KRETE + A.R.C. Kit includes 50 lb. bag V-KRETE mortar, 1-qt A.R.C. (Acrylic Resin Concentrate), and 1 pouch SLOW SET. A.R.C. improves surface adhesion and resist moisture, freeze/thaw cycles, and some chemicals. SLOW SET extends working time in hot weather conditions by 15-20 minutes.
